Put It In Your Food Court
So somebody queues at the satay stall, somebody else queues for drinks, and one of them stands by a counter for twelve minutes holding a receipt while their food goes cold on the table. Every stall shouts numbers at a hall that cannot hear them. That is the whole evening, every evening.
The QR on the table opens the whole food court, not one stall. Search it, filter by what is open, see photos of the actual plates taken by the actual stall.
Satay from stall 3, teh ais from stall 6, dessert from stall 1. One basket, one payment, and each stall still gets its own ticket and its own money.
When a stall marks an order ready, the customer's phone rings, vibrates and fills the screen. It works with the phone locked in a pocket.
At a table, collecting on the way past, or delivered through eJasPlis. Whoever runs the venue decides which of the three the place offers.
Online by FPX, card or DuitNow QR, or cash at the counter. The customer picks, and a venue that wants to stay cash only can switch online payment off altogether.
Each stall gets its own ordering link and a downloadable QR for a poster, a table card or a WhatsApp status, with the message already written.

A stall owner does not watch a screen, they cook. So a new order makes a sound, the board is built for a phone propped against a rice cooker, and there is one action per ticket: start cooking, ready, handed over.
One tap closes the stall for the night without hiding it, for the mornings when the gas runs out or a child is sick.
A stall running our till does not need a second screen. An ORDERje order lands in the same kitchen queue as a walk-in, tagged so you can see where it came from, and your price list is already the menu.

What each stall sold, what the platform kept, and what is owed. Cash taken at a counter is reported separately and never counted as ours to pay out.
The day's takings are compared with what the payment gateway says it actually took, so a gap is something you find rather than something you discover.
Every open order in the venue on one monitor, with anything sitting too long flagged so somebody can go and ask.
An iPhone will not vibrate for a web page. Apple does not allow it. On an iPhone the alert arrives as a normal notification once the customer adds the page to their home screen, which the page walks them through in two taps. Android rings and vibrates with nothing installed.
It will not replace your staff. Somebody still cooks, still hands the food over, and still has to call out the order of anybody who did not scan. The board says plainly which orders those are.
It is not a delivery company. Delivery goes through eJasPlis, our own community network, and only where a rider is actually available.
We would rather put it in front of one stall for a week than sell a food court something nobody uses. Tell us where you are and we will come and set it up ourselves.
