The relationship. The two businesses are under common ownership and are run by the same team from the same two offices. HAP INT L RESOURCES operates the Shah Alam premises at Seksyen 7 under a stamped tenancy in its own name, and is the entity contracted to the payment gateway. Kalsa Dermaga Sdn. Bhd. holds the brands and builds the software. When you pay on this website, your money is collected by HAP INT L RESOURCES, and that is the name that will appear on your bank or card statement.

How a payment actually happens

This website is mostly a place to read about what we do, and most pages end in an enquiry form rather than a checkout. That is deliberate — a food court or a school is quoted individually, not bought off a shelf. Payments are taken in four specific places, and in every one of them the amount is shown before you commit.

  1. A club match — the biggest one by volume

    An organiser opens a match in Pre-Match GameOn and posts one link into the team's WhatsApp group. A player opens that link, puts their name down, sees the amount per person on the screen, and taps to pay. They are sent to the payment gateway, pay by FPX or DuitNow, and come back to the same list with their name marked paid. No account is created and no card is stored.

  2. A Little Marine Scientists place

    A parent chooses the modules they want on the programme page. The total updates as they choose. They fill in the child's details and tap Enrol & Pay Now, which sends them to the gateway for the shown amount. A parent who would rather ask first can use Enrol & Ask on WhatsApp and pay nothing at that point.

  3. A booking, a treatment or a meal

    At a venue that uses BookJe, KDserve, ORDERje or Kalsa POS, the customer scans a QR or opens the venue's link, picks what they want at the listed price, and pays online or at the counter. The venue decides which of the two it offers.

  4. A school wallet top-up

    A parent signed in to the Kalsa Dermaga app tops up their child's Kalsa Pay balance by the amount they choose. The balance is then spent at the school canteen with an NFC wristband.

What happens after you pay

  • The gateway confirms the payment to our server directly, not through your browser, so a lost connection on your phone cannot lose your payment.
  • Your place, booking, order or balance is updated immediately on confirmation.
  • A receipt is shown on screen, and the record stays on the same link so you can come back to it.
  • We never see or store your card number. That stays with the payment gateway.

What we accept

FPX online banking (personal and business) and DuitNow, through our payment gateway. Some venues also take cash at their own counter — that is between you and the venue and does not pass through this website.
