It takes about ten seconds
There is nothing to download from an app store. The app installs straight from your browser and then behaves exactly like any other app on your phone — its own icon, full screen, no address bar.
Android phone
- Open apps.kalsadermaga.com in Chrome.
- Wait a moment — a bar appears at the bottom saying Add to your home screen.
- Tap Install, then Install again to confirm.
If you miss the bar, tap the ⋮ menu at the top right and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
iPhone or iPad
- Open apps.kalsadermaga.com in Safari.
- Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow pointing up.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
Apple does not allow the automatic install pop-up, so on iPhone this step is always manual. It only takes one go.
Laptop or desktop
- Open apps.kalsadermaga.com in Chrome or Edge.
- Look for the small install icon at the right end of the address bar.
- Click it, then Install.
Handy for canteen staff and the LMS team, who often work from a laptop.
Before you ask
Is it really free?
Yes. The app costs nothing to install or use. You only ever pay for the things you choose to buy through it, like topping up a canteen wallet.
Why is it not on Play Store?
It does not need to be. It installs directly from the web, which means no store approval, no waiting for updates, and a much smaller download.
Will it fill up my phone?
No. It is a fraction of the size of a typical app, because most of it lives on our servers rather than on your phone.
How do I remove it?
Press and hold the icon and choose uninstall or remove, exactly like any other app. Nothing is left behind.
Do I need an account?
You can look around without one. You will need to sign in for anything tied to you personally, such as a wallet balance or a booking.
